The New Zealand Sign & Display Association is the official Trade Organisation of NZ Companies in the Sign and Display Manufacturing Industry
To become a member a potential business is vetted and approved by its peers on the quality of its workmanship and business practices. If the potential applicant fails to meet NZSDA standards, then their membership application is declined.
What is the NZSDA?
The NZSDA (Incorporated) is an association of employer craftspeople, bound together by a Code of Practice to uphold high standards of craftsmanship and business ethics. Companies using the services of any of the members of the New Zealand Sign and Display Association may be assured that they are dealing with ‘Sign Craftspeople’ who are subject to redress through the Association in the event of any complaint.
The Association supports the sign-making industry through a wide range of activities, from liaising with local bodies, running regular educational seminars with its members on current best practices, holding an annual conference and awards evening, holding regular trade shows, and offering advice to its membership on all subjects. The association is also actively involved in supporting the training of young people in the trade.
Concept Sign and Display are proud to have been active members of the Association for 25 years, and our managing director Nick Baty has served as the NZSDA national president, Vice-President, Judge for the national awards and a stint as Wellington area representative.
